Michael Marshall is a North Georgia native and an associate attorney in the Civil Litigation division at Tallant Howell, his primary areas of practice are civil and probate litigation, estate planning, business and contract law, and local government law. Michael graduated from the University of Georgia in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Public Policy.
He attended the Mercer University School of Law, and in 2024 he received his Juris Doctor along with a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, & Drafting. While in law school, Michael also served on the executive board of the Business, Bankruptcy, and Tax Law Society.
